I feel like this is the perfect babe for this week.
If you didn’t know, we’ve been slowly seeing some Bollywood stars hit the site.
Now the reason I say I think Chopra is a perfect babe for this week is actually because her and Shah Ruhk Khan actually dated for a bit after they worked together on a couple of his Don movies.
Now it seems Chopra has moved onto Nick Jonas (they’re married!) and Hollywood; having starred in Baywatch, Quantico, Isn’t It Romantic, and more!
Priyanka Chopra Stats:
Weight: (approximate) 120 lbs.
Age: 37 years old
Chopra does not look her age of 37 years old.
Especially next to husband Nick Jonas who is 10 years younger!
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
But, either way, don’t worry.

What if I told you Priyanka Chopra doesn’t diet?
Would you believe me?
Well get ready for it, because it’s coming.
In a compilation of interviews from Elle Magazine and India Times Today we have a snippet from Bizarre which tells us this about Chopra’s diet:
Chopra has been open about the fact that she’s been genetically blessed with a good metabolism. “Fortunately I do not have a tendency to put on weight and can get away eating as much as I want to, which is a blessing in this industry,” she told The Times of India. As a result, she doesn’t diet. ” I don’t really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants,” she told ELLE US. “It’s such a girl thing to do, like if I feel, ‘Ughh, I put on a few pounds’ and I feel gross about [myself] I suddenly start eating salad, protein, and soup. Otherwise, if I am feeling like I am in great shape I am okay with cheeseburgers and pizza. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don’t really have one.”
I wasn’t kidding!
She also told Elle about her favorite on set snacks:
Catering service is always my favorite part of a movie set—any set. On Baywatch we had every unhealthy thing you could imagine: fried chicken, Doritos. Whenever I needed a salad, it was a run that someone had to make because on set, they gave us all kinds of soul food, which none of the cast ate.
And even her first choice for “Beach Food”:
I love ice cream on the beach. I am not even someone who likes ice cream that much, but on a beach, I don’t know why, I feel the need for ice cream. Ice cream and margaritas. I discovered this new thing while I was in Miami called spicy margaritas—they’re made with jalapeño and they’re really amazing by the beach.
She even told Women’s Health:
“You don’t have to starve yourself. I love having my pizzas and burgers and buffalo wings, on the side, for sure.” While Chopra says she typically eats healthy during the week, she admits to “indulging her tastebuds” on weekends, when she “binges” on “chocolate, cake and tandoori”.
We’re seeing more and more celebrities opt for diets like this.
You know, the ones that you kind of eat intuitively (generally on restricted time frames because they’re so busy), and then start watching what you’re eating IF you have to.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

Priyanka Chopra Workout Routine Research
Our sources also give us a ton of information about Chopra’s workout routine.
I’m sure you’re not surprised that her lax dietary restrictions carry over quite a bit to her workout ideals, right?
Bazarre shares this with us:
Chopra says she’s not exactly a “gym junkie” and works out to stay fit, rather than to lose weight. “I am not a gym-freak, but do work out regularly to keep the body well-toned. The idea is to keep fit and healthy and not shrink myself by two or three sizes,” she told The Times of India, adding that her workouts typically last for around an hour.

Well, I’m not going to be able to pass you those same Indian genetics and her metabolism, but we can train like her and then add in some extra if needed.
An hour of training is still pretty much regular training volume, even longer than what we’ve seen for some celebs who are on limited time; so it’s not like Chopra is slacking.
What I also want to point out is the fact that Chopra says: ” The idea is to keep fit and healthy and not shrink myself by two or three sizes,”.
This is basically her saying that her workout is there to maintain and support her lax dietary restrictions (or lack of).
Whether that’s intentional or not…
I also want to add that Chopra has since been seen working out with hubby Nick Jonas in the gym so I will be adding in some gym centered training to hit what I’ve seen in videos of her new training style.
Another fun piece of information brings us back to Elle to finish us off:
Is it true you just ate Doritos while watching the ‘Baywatch’ guys work out?
Not just the boys—the girls too! I was so lucky I didn’t have to be in a swimsuit—of course, my dresses are so tight I can’t breathe in them—but you have to be in a certain shape. Of course, the boys especially worked out insane, and I remember Zac working on his resistance bands in between takes. I would emotionally eat because I would feel guilt that I was not going to the gym as much, or I that I was not as focused. It started making me feel terrible, so I used to get hungry just looking at them and overcompensate for my guilt.
I don’t know whether to laugh or kind of feel bad…?
Either way, it’s kind of funny, and just shows more of Chopra’s lax approach to fitness and nutrition.

Priyanka Chopra Workout Routine
5 days per week
While Chopra doesn’t take training too seriously, she still does get an hour in a day and has also been recently hitting the gym with hubby Nick Jonas. We’ll be building her routine around her favorite styles, but also adding in a day devoted to the gym, and another devoted to outdoor running (which she’s also been spotted taking part in fairly often).

This one is pretty straightforward so we’ll start here.

For this you’re going to look to upgrade each week, especially if you’re adding in some extra jogging.
On Wednesday go long distance and make it look similar to:
Week One: 2-3 miles
Week Two: +.5-1 mile
Week Three: +.5-1 mile
Week Four: +.5-1 mile
Then rinse and repeat.
