We’re coming in hot with another Marvel Inspired Workout/Video Guide for this one (if that wasn’t already obvious), as we plan to jump back and forth from Marvel, DC and sprinkle of anime and other characters.
As I said last week, we started off with Thor mainly because we needed an excuse to hit a fun kettlebell workout, BUT last week’s Nightwing and this week’s Spidey really show off two of the favorites here at Superhero Jacked.
I believe the Tom Holland workout routine and diet plan is one of, if not the most visited and downloaded workout routine on SHJ.
